World Equestrian Games (2011 Best Art Direction & Gold Addy Winner)
This year the World Equestrian Games were held for the first time on U.S. soil, and what better place to host the world’s largest event for horses than Lexington Kentucky. By the closing day of the Games, total attendance topped half a million. Quite an event for a city with a population under 300,000. I designed the official Kentucky Guide book to be passed out at the event and sold all around Kentucky. Its full of information about where to eat, shop and what makes the state unique. I was also responsible for supporting photography throughout the book, including images for the Bourbon Sampler section. Big thanks to Kentucky Monthly magazine for being so helpful throughout the entire project.
